I have been a nail biter for as long as I can remember. Now I’m well in my thirties and I really wanted to stop nail biting as I can hardly control it and I am giving a bad example to my kids. I came to a conclusion that nail biting serves a purpose as the intensity increases when I get more anxious. However, also when I’m relaxed while watching TV or something I catch myself biting my nails unconsciously.
I had never tried hypnotherapy before and I was a little comprehensive in doing so. Amira was incredible in making me feel comfortable. She guided me in the most gentle, supportive, and soothing way. After my very first session I left feeling incredibly confident and super motivated and the results are incredible. I no longer have an urge to bite my nails. I don’t even put my fingers in my mouth! Its been 3 months since my session and I cannot believe this!
